About the Role

DataAnnotation is seeking a talented Brand Designer to help train and improve AI models' understanding of design principles. In this remote position based in Florida, you'll assess and enhance how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work—including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences. This is ideal for designers who want to shape the future of AI-powered design tools while working flexibly on projects of their choosing.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality and performance of outputs produced by AI models
• Provide detailed feedback to help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
• Contribute to design-specific projects focusing on UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation
• Help refine the model's sense of design principles, usability, and creative quality

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Located in the United States (independent contractor position)

• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
