About the Role

DataAnnotation is seeking a talented Brand Designer to help train and improve AI models' understanding of design principles. In this remote position based in Washington, United States, you'll evaluate AI-generated designs, provide expert feedback, and shape how the next generation of AI tools supports designers. This is an ideal opportunity for UI/UX, web, product, or graphic designers who want to work flexibly on meaningful projects while earning competitive rates.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness, performance, and aesthetic quality
• Provide detailed feedback to help train models to better understand visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user-centered principles
• Assess how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work including interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences
• Contribute to design-specific projects focusing on UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation

Requirements

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Located in the United States (applicants outside the US cannot be considered)

• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
