About the Role

DataAnnotation is hiring a Brand Designer to help train AI models to understand and evaluate design work. In this remote position based in New Hampshire, you'll leverage your design expertise to assess AI-generated outputs, provide detailed feedback, and refine how AI systems evaluate aesthetics, usability, and creative quality. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how AI understands design — whether you're working full-time or part-time on your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality and performance of AI model outputs for correctness and design standards
• Provide detailed feedback to help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design
• Assess design work across interfaces, layouts, visual hierarchy, and user experiences
• Contribute to design-specific projects focusing on UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Professional background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Located in the United States (required)

Nice to Have

• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
