About the Role

Insight Global is hiring a Content Marketing Specialist for a remote, full-time permanent position with a top SaaS client in a regulated industry. In this role, you'll execute a comprehensive content strategy across email, web, blog, and lifecycle campaigns—translating complex product and regulatory information into compelling B2B content. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong writer who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, understands how content drives demand generation and customer engagement, and can balance creativity with operational efficiency while leveraging AI tools thoughtfully.

Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and publish multi-channel content including blog articles, web pages, marketing emails, social posts, newsletters, product communications, and educational resources (45% of role)
  • Repurpose and adapt content for different channels and regional audiences (U.S., U.K., AUS, and beyond)
  • Draft, build, and support execution of marketing and lifecycle emails through Pardot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms, including templates, audience segments, and A/B testing
  • Update, maintain, and optimize website content using a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar), applying SEO best practices for improved discoverability
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics (email engagement, page views, CTR, SEO rankings) and provide improvement recommendations based on data insights
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to source information, gather customer stories, and ensure content accuracy and compliance
  • Support internal enablement materials, event planning, and coordination with vendors as directed

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of B2B content marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience producing and publishing content across multiple digital channels (web, email, blog, social)
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills with attention to grammar, clarity, and brand consistency
  • CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) for content creation, updates, publishing, and basic SEO optimization
  • Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement for building email campaigns, landing pages, forms, automated nurture workflows, and managing segments and behavioral triggers
  • Proficiency with digital asset creation tools (Canva or equivalent) and collaboration/project management platforms (Confluence, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday, etc.)
  • Experience using AI tools for efficiency in content workflows
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment
