About the Role

This is a full-time Conversion-Focused Web Designer position based in Maple Grove, MN. You'll design high-converting landing pages, sales funnels, and website experiences that generate leads and drive revenue—working closely with media, marketing, and creative teams. This role is perfect for a designer who understands user behavior, conversion psychology, and modern UX/UI principles, and who's ready to move beyond "making things look pretty" into designing pages that actually perform.

Responsibilities

• Design high-converting landing pages and website pages optimized for lead generation
• Improve user experience and conversion flow across websites through strategic design
• Create wireframes, mockups, and production-ready designs using Webflow, Figma, WordPress, or similar tools
• Collaborate with video, ads, and branding teams to align creative vision with marketing goals
• Optimize pages for mobile responsiveness and speed to enhance user experience
• Build clean, modern layouts focused on trust, clarity, and conversion
• Continuously test and iterate on page performance based on user data and feedback

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating website and landing page design work
• Proficiency with Webflow, Figma, WordPress, or similar design and development tools
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-focused design
• Knowledge of conversion psychology and marketing best practices
• Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence
• Must be located in Minneapolis, MN or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

• Experience with direct response marketing and campaign design
• Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) methodologies
• Experience designing for home services or local businesses
• Basic understanding of SEO and page speed optimization
• Experience collaborating with video and content creation teams

Benefits & Perks

• Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $120,000
