About the Role

Qureos is hiring a Creative Designer & Webflow Developer to design and build landing pages and ad campaigns that convert. In this senior position based in Lebanon, Maine, you'll work directly with founders, growth, and marketing teams to move fast from concept to live launches. If you're a skilled Webflow developer with 5–7 years of real project experience and a passion for creating cohesive, high-performing designs, this is your opportunity to own the visual language of recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design and build landing pages and ad creatives in Webflow
• Own the full lifecycle of recruitment campaign visuals from concept through launch
• Shape and maintain visual language and brand consistency across multiple campaigns
• Collaborate directly with founders, growth, and marketing teams to execute launches quickly
• Optimize designs for high conversion rates and user engagement
• Ensure cohesive branding across all campaign touchpoints

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional design and Webflow development experience on real projects
• Proven expertise in designing and building landing pages in Webflow
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles
• Ability to work rapidly and move projects from concept to launch efficiently
• Experience maintaining visual brand consistency across campaigns
