About the Role

Qureos is hiring a Creative Designer & Webflow Developer to be the hands that turn their story into live, shipped work. In this Erie, Pennsylvania-based role, you'll design and build campaigns end-to-end in Webflow—no handoffs, no gaps. You'll work directly with growth, marketing, and founders to create high-converting landing pages, ads, and motion that ship fast and iterate based on real performance data. This is perfect for a designer-builder hybrid who thrives at growth speed and can flex between two distinct audiences while maintaining a cohesive brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Design and build landing pages, ad creatives, and motion graphics end-to-end in Webflow with no developer handoff
• Create high-converting campaigns for two distinct audiences: companies hiring and talent being hired
• Produce organic social creatives and paid ad campaigns, understanding the strategic differences between each channel
• Ship work at growth velocity—ads this week, landing pages next, motion launches after—all tested and iterated based on performance data
• Collaborate directly with growth, marketing, and founders to bring briefs to life within tight timelines
• Maintain visual consistency across campaigns while adapting tone and design for different audience segments

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of professional design experience with shipped, real-world work (not portfolio pieces only)
• Expert-level ability to design and build in Webflow—design without the ability to build it is not sufficient
• Proven track record building high-converting landing pages, not just visually appealing ones
• Experience creating both organic social creatives and paid ad campaigns, with understanding of how they differ
• Ability to turn tight briefs ("we need this by Thursday") into quality work under pressure
• Motion design skills as a core competency, not a stretch goal

Nice to Have

• 8+ years of design experience
• Arabic fluency to catch nuances that translations might miss
