About the Role

HAUS is hiring a Creative Webflow Developer who sees every project as a canvas for inventive UI/UX and fresh ideas. This is an ideal opportunity for a developer who instinctively reaches for clever interactions, unexpected transitions, and motion details that make websites feel alive. You'll work in a United States-based team building responsive, pixel-perfect marketing websites for deep tech innovators, where you're equally comfortable as a creative partner and technical expert pushing designs beyond the mockup. If you think of Webflow as a foundation to extend rather than a limitation, and you're happiest when implementing complex animations and interactive experiences, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Transform Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect marketing websites using Webflow, implementing complex animations with GSAP and other libraries to create scroll-triggered interactions, parallax effects, and dynamic page transitions
• Create sophisticated web animations and motion design including video backgrounds, moving images, and rich media content; build immersive 3D web experiences using Three.js or similar libraries when projects demand it
• Optimize website performance across all devices and browsers, ensuring fast load times and smooth animations; conduct thorough QA testing and manage technical deployments, DNS configuration, and hosting setup
• Leverage Webflow's capabilities while extending them with custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to achieve design requirements that go beyond Webflow's native features
• Collaborate closely with designers throughout implementation, participate in creative reviews, and communicate daily via Slack/Zoom to translate ambitious creative concepts into functional reality
• Manage multiple concurrent website projects at various stages, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery that helps deep tech clients showcase their innovations

Requirements

• Genuine passion for deep tech and excitement about cutting-edge technologies in AI, robotics, aerospace, and biotech
• Professional experience building interactive marketing websites with a strong portfolio demonstrating personally-coded animated websites; ideally with in-house agency experience
• Expert-level proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with deep understanding of modern web standards
• Strong experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Lottie, or similar) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated proficiency working in Webflow and extending it with custom code to achieve complex design requirements
• Comfort implementing complex scroll interactions and motion design that create memorable user experiences across all browsers and devices
