About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a growth-focused Demand Generation Manager to lead demand generation initiatives in a fully remote, AI-driven SaaS environment across the United States. You'll combine strategic planning, performance marketing, and data-driven experimentation to accelerate customer acquisition across both product-led and sales-led funnels. Working at the intersection of technology, creativity, and revenue growth, you'll build campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and long-term customer value. This role offers strong ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape innovative growth strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize user journeys and scale marketing performance globally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing channels to drive user acquisition and pipeline growth
- Create and improve conversion-focused user journeys, ensuring a seamless experience from first interaction through customer conversion
- Manage and enhance website performance, landing pages, and signup flows to maximize demo requests and product adoption
- Collaborate with product, content, and revenue operations teams to align acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
- Analyze funnel performance, campaign metrics, and customer behavior data to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition efficiency, and overall ROI
- Leverage experimentation, testing, and AI-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing within SaaS, AI, or technology-driven environments
- Strong understanding of both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) business models
- Hands-on expertise with marketing and analytics tools such as Webflow, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and A/B testing platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a creative yet performance-oriented approach to marketing
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their impact on modern marketing practices
