inDrive is a dynamic company operating in the technology and mobility sector. They're seeking talented professionals to join their Impact department and contribute to innovative visual communication strategies.

About the Role

We're looking for a Designer to take ownership of visual communication across multiple channels, from social media creatives to landing pages. This is a remote, project-based opportunity based in Kazakhstan where you'll work closely with the Design Director to bring ideas to life and develop the visual style. You'll be a great fit if you have strong Figma skills, a keen eye for design, and the independence to manage your own workflow while collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content including posts, stories, and banners in a consistent visual style
• Design and build landing pages, managing structure, layout, and developer handoff
• Support and develop the project's visual identity and brand guidelines
• Participate in content brainstorms and contribute visual ideas and initiatives
• Prepare materials for partners and external communications

Requirements

• Strong Figma skills including layouts, components, and auto layout
• Excellent visual taste with understanding of typography, grids, and color theory
• Knowledge of social media formats and platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn
• Experience designing landing pages with understanding of structure, CTA logic, and user flow
• Ability to work within existing brand guidelines while bringing your own ideas and initiative
• Independence and strong self-management skills

Nice to Have

• Basic Webflow skills
• Motion design experience such as story animations or simple motion graphics
