About the Role

Are you a design-forward thinker excited by well-crafted email templates and high-converting landing pages? Gradient Financial Group is seeking a Digital Designer to bring brands to life through thoughtful visual design. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position based in Arden Hills, MN, with a hybrid work arrangement. You'll work hands-on with Webflow, HubSpot, and Figma to create digital assets that drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build high-performing emails in HubSpot, including nurture sequences, campaign sends, and automated workflows
  • Create and maintain landing pages in Webflow that are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for conversion
  • Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into polished digital assets across email, landing pages, and web
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to concept and produce campaign visuals, social graphics, and supporting design assets
  • Maintain design consistency across templates, modules, and reusable components in HubSpot and Webflow
  • Work within and help evolve brand style guides to ensure cohesive visual identity across all digital touchpoints
  • Support A/B testing efforts by producing design variations for email and landing page experiments
  • Resize, adapt, and repurpose creative assets across formats and channels (email, web, social, print)
  • Stay current on email design best practices, accessibility standards, and cross-client rendering requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a portfolio demonstrating email and landing page work
  • Hands-on experience building and managing templates in HubSpot (email and landing pages)
  • Proficiency in Webflow for designing and publishing landing pages independently
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design handoff
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS as it applies to email and web design
  • Eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy in digital environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
