About the Role

Synergy Spine Solutions is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Creative Manager to own their digital presence end-to-end—from social media and website management to AI-driven strategy and branded collateral. This is a full-time, remote position based in Louisville, Colorado, reporting to the VP of Marketing. You'll be a versatile marketer who wears many hats, collaborates cross-functionally, and directly shapes how the company connects with its B2B and B2C audiences. Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and schedule social media content across all platforms while creating on-brand graphics and visual assets
• Lead and manage a full website redesign project using Webflow and/or WordPress from kickoff through launch
• Manage day-to-day website updates, performance monitoring, and SEO optimization post-launch
• Drive AI readiness initiatives and identify AI-powered tools to improve content creation, analytics, and campaign efficiency
• Design and produce digital and print marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, and executive presentations for surgical and patient audiences
• Monitor social media and marketing campaign performance metrics, analyzing data to optimize results and inform strategy
• Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company competitive

Requirements

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a broad, versatile skill set
• Intermediate graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or organization
• Proficiency in Webflow and/or WordPress
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and a demonstrated data-driven approach
• Strong written and visual communication skills

Nice to Have

• Background in healthcare, medical device, spine industry, or life sciences marketing
• Experience marketing to both B2B (surgical/clinical) and B2C (patient) audiences
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, such as generative content platforms and advanced analytics
• Experience leading a website redesign or digital transformation project
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides for executive-level presentations
