About the Role
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimise digital performance across paid, organic, and web channels for a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United Kingdom, ideal for someone who understands how to turn digital execution into measurable pipeline impact in a fast-moving, technical B2B environment. You'll have clear ownership of digital channel performance and the opportunity to make a real difference in a cutting-edge market. Responsibilities
- Own digital execution across paid search, paid social, retargeting, and SEO
- Manage and optimise the website, including performance, conversion paths, and digital journeys
- Execute campaigns aligned to Demand and Product Marketing priorities
- Track budgets and performance, with a focus on ongoing optimisation and improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with Demand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content teams
- Test and iterate to improve CTR, CVR, and CPL over time
- Support digital and hybrid events where needed
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in cybersecurity or a highly technical B2B space
- Hands-on strength across paid search, paid social, SEO, and website optimisation
- Enterprise marketing experience with credibility across technical and commercial audiences
- Performance mindset with ownership of metrics including CVR, CPL, CAC efficiency, and traffic quality
- Strong martech and analytics fluency across tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hotjar, Webflow, and HubSpot
- Startup or scale-up experience with the ability to move quickly and improve through iteration
