About the Role

Pandora CloudCover is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and growth across SMB and Enterprise segments. In this Los Angeles-based position, you'll execute strategic digital marketing initiatives, manage website content in Webflow, and optimize our online presence to generate leads and drive engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and digital marketing expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital marketing initiatives designed to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across SMB and Enterprise segments
  • Develop and maintain a structured content calendar, supporting the creation of high-quality assets including blog posts, industry articles, and guides
  • Update and manage website content within Webflow CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and SEO best practices
  • Partner with external SEO agencies to monitor performance, track key metrics, and implement optimization recommendations
  • Apply SEO best practices and monitor search engine updates to strengthen domain authority, improve content visibility, and enhance site performance
  • Support the optimization of key conversion points within the marketing funnel, including landing pages, calls-to-action, and lead capture forms
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO, AEO, and LLM campaign performance
  • Assist in the execution and analysis of A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user engagement
  • Manage social media channels, including content publishing, performance monitoring, and initiatives to grow brand presence and engagement
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy and content development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content development
  • Foundational knowledge of SEO, LLM, AI, digital marketing, and content performance measurement
  • Experience working with a CMS platform (Webflow preferred)
  • Understanding of search engine ranking factors and digital marketing best practices
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive base salary range: $61,500–$93,350 (based on skills, qualifications, and experience)
  • Discretionary bonus eligibility
