About the Role
RedStream is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth through strategic paid media and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives. This hybrid position in Manhattan, NY is perfect for a mid-senior marketer who excels at both strategic planning and hands-on execution. You'll own paid digital campaigns, manage ABM programs, contribute to web experiences built in Webflow, and create compelling marketing assets—all while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and industry partner channels while monitoring KPIs and translating data into actionable insights
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing across audiences, messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve ROI and campaign performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute integrated ABM campaigns spanning paid media, email, content, and web for target accounts
- Support website updates, landing page builds, and digital experience improvements, including Webflow-based projects
- Apply modern SEO and AEO best practices to strengthen organic visibility and content performance
- Develop and adapt digital and campaign assets using modern marketing tools, including AI tools like Claude
- Write sharp, on-brand copy for ads, landing pages, articles, emails, and other campaign touchpoints
Requirements
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B software environment
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads—deep platform knowledge, not just surface-level
- Strong understanding of multi-stakeholder ABM, B2B buyer journeys, and campaign strategies that support longer sales cycles
- Excellent copywriting skills for both performance and brand-focused messaging
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to turn metrics into strategic decisions
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow for website updates and landing page builds
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude for marketing content production
