About the Role
Devtech is seeking a Fractional Growth Marketing Builder based in San Francisco, CA to help execute marketing initiatives and drive momentum across their global sales and marketing organization. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role—not a consulting engagement—perfect for someone who loves turning ideas into campaigns, content, and customer engagement. You'll work approximately 20 hours per week as a contractor, wearing multiple hats and working across a variety of marketing channels to help the team ship faster and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch marketing campaigns from concept through execution across multiple channels
- Update and optimize the company website using platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot
- Create, coordinate, and publish content across multiple channels to drive engagement
- Develop customer stories, case studies, and sales collateral that support the sales team
- Support webinars, virtual events, and industry conference coordination and execution
- Manage email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences using marketing automation platforms
- Coordinate social media content planning and publishing across platforms
- Keep marketing projects organized, moving forward, and accountable to timelines
Requirements
- Experience in B2B technology marketing, including software, AI, cloud, engineering services, MSPs, or SaaS
- Proven track record in campaign execution and getting results
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Website management experience with tools like Webflow, WordPress, or HubSpot
- Ability to take a conversation, turn it into a plan, and ship without waiting for perfect direction
- Project management skills and a bias toward execution and results
Nice to Have
- Experience coordinating webinars and industry events
- Familiarity with B2B marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing
