About the Role

DataAnnotation is hiring a Front-End Web Designer to help train and refine next-generation AI models in understanding design principles. In this remote position based in New Hampshire, you'll leverage your design expertise to evaluate AI-generated outputs, provide detailed feedback, and shape how AI tools support designers. This is ideal for designers who want flexible, project-based work with the opportunity to contribute to both general AI training and specialized design-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual work
• Evaluate the quality and performance of AI model outputs for correctness and usability
• Provide detailed feedback on aesthetic quality, user-centered design, and visual principles
• Help train AI models to better understand design fundamentals, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns
• Contribute to design-specific projects focused on UI/UX critique, product visuals, and aesthetic evaluation

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Professional background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Located in the United States (required for this role)

• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
