About the Role

You.com is seeking a talented Front-End Web Developer to join the Marketing team in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you'll create and maintain visually stunning, user-friendly, and high-performing websites using Webflow as your primary tool. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on combining design aesthetics with technical expertise, collaborating across teams, and delivering web experiences that drive real business impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, visually appealing websites and landing pages using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that align with brand guidelines
• Maintain and update existing websites, implementing content changes in collaboration with the content team to ensure consistency and brand alignment
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, optimized web experiences
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for custom Webflow components or integrations, collaborating with back-end developers when needed
• Conduct regular testing and optimization reviews to ensure websites perform well, load quickly, and maintain accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to ensure web projects meet deadlines and business objectives
• Stay current with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development practices

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in front-end web development or a related field
• Proven experience designing and building websites in Webflow
• Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or MarkUp
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, SEO basics, and website performance optimization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• A strong eye for design with the ability to create visually compelling, user-focused web layouts

Nice to Have

• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
