Frontend Developer (Webflow)
Job Description
About the Company
Palm Outsourcing is a talent partner that helps international companies find exceptional developers and designers in Egypt. They specialize in connecting businesses with skilled professionals who deliver world-class work across design, development, and digital services.
About the Role
We're hiring a Frontend Developer (Webflow) to transform high-quality Figma designs into exceptional, production-ready Webflow builds. You'll own delivery end-to-end—from responsive breakpoints and CMS architecture to interactions and performance—while bringing thoughtful judgment to design conversations. This is a remote position ideal for developers who care deeply about craft, attention to detail, and shipping polished work that feels truly designed.
Responsibilities
- Build Webflow pages from Figma designs with a high bar for craft, fidelity, and responsiveness across all devices.
- Implement CMS collections, dynamic templates, and scalable component structures for production-ready handoffs.
- Create polished interactions and animations using Webflow's native tools, supplemented with lightweight JavaScript when needed.
- Maintain and evolve design systems in Webflow through consistent class naming, components, structure, and documentation.
- QA builds across browsers and devices, resolve bugs quickly, and ensure consistent polish in spacing, rhythm, and visual details.
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to flag gaps, edge cases, and make smart decisions to ship on time.
- Leverage AI coding tools in your workflow to move faster without compromising quality.
- Ensure CMS architecture is scalable and supports reusable components for long-term maintainability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in Webflow development or related frontend disciplines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real craft in Webflow builds (not just basic marketing sites).
- Strong working proficiency in Figma, including layout systems, components, spacing, and responsive design intent.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient to push beyond native Webflow limitations.
- Proven experience building responsive layouts, CMS-driven pages, and delivering production-ready work.
- Clear written and spoken English with strong asynchronous communication skills.
Nice to Have
- JavaScript fundamentals for lightweight interactive enhancements.
- Understanding of accessibility and performance best practices.
- Experience designing and implementing design systems.
- Side projects or personal builds that demonstrate curiosity, taste, and continuous learning (even if unfinished).
Benefits & Perks
- Top-of-the-market salary paid in GBP or USD.
- Fully remote position with flexible hours available.
- Equipment support—work on your own laptop or we'll provide additional gadgets to help you do your best work.
- Long-term job security and growth opportunities tied to your performance and contributions.
