About the Role

Click Here Labs is hiring a Full-Stack Web Developer to join their collaborative team in Dallas, TX. In this full-time role, you'll build and maintain client websites and web applications across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and custom React solutions while working independently on features and delivering projects on deadline. If you're a developer with 2-3 years of professional experience who's excited about leveraging AI coding tools and continuously improving development processes, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a team that values continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client websites and web applications across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and custom React/front-end solutions
• Deliver features independently with minimal supervision, meeting project deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and UX architects to translate creative concepts into functional, performant web experiences
• Support overflow work across multiple client accounts, adapting quickly to different tech stacks and project requirements
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar) as part of your daily workflow, knowing when to trust output, verify it, and when to use alternative approaches
• Identify patterns in development processes worth improving or eliminating, and help implement those changes
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions on AI-enhanced development techniques and contribute to internal tools and process improvements

Requirements

• Two to three years of professional application development experience
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with experience in at least one modern front-end framework (React preferred; Vue or similar acceptable)
• Working knowledge of CMS development (WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, or similar)
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows and CI/CD concepts
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility basics
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating third-party services
• Portfolio or code samples demonstrating front-end and full-stack work
• Experience delivering projects on deadline with real client or stakeholder accountability
• Active use of AI coding assistants in your development workflow, with thoughtful opinions on when and how to apply them

Nice to Have

• Agency experience
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Webflow
• Exposure to .NET or other enterprise framework environments
• Experience with banner and display advertising production (HTML5, Google Ads)
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization
• Knowledge of database solutions and SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
