About the Role

As a Growth & Marketing Analyst at FS Studio, you'll own the strategy and execution of inbound demand generation campaigns that turn complex technical concepts into compelling marketing assets. This is a hands-on, mid-to-senior level position perfect for someone who thrives in high-autonomy environments, combines AI-powered workflows with creative problem-solving, and can directly build and ship landing pages using tools like Webflow, Framer, and WordPress. Based in Boulder, CO with 100% remote flexibility across Americas time zones, this role offers direct collaboration with leadership and the freedom to test new ideas with zero red tape.

Responsibilities

• Build inbound and demand generation systems by designing conversion funnels, landing pages, and anchor offers (audits, assessments, technical pilots) that drive qualified B2B conversations
• Create compelling content and campaigns that translate complex technical concepts into engaging LinkedIn content, case studies, landing page copy, and visual assets
• Leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows to multiply research, copywriting, and content production output
• Directly build and ship marketing assets using tools like Webflow, WordPress, Framer, Figma, and Google Ads, with rapid iteration cycles
• Monitor core KPIs and partner with leadership to optimize for qualified leads and revenue, moving beyond vanity metrics

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, inbound demand generation, or B2B/tech/SaaS/agency marketing
• Strong hands-on mindset with comfort writing sharp copy, building and tweaking landing pages, and setting up digital campaigns independently
• Practical, daily experience integrating modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate execution and output
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• High autonomy, curiosity, and a demonstrated bias for action
• Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or other web design and marketing platforms

Nice to Have

• Portfolio or work examples showcasing campaigns, landing pages, or written content you've built
• Experience in deep-tech, robotics, or AI/emerging technology spaces
