As the inventors of AI sales role play, Hyperbound is expanding rapidly in the enterprise sales software space, with their marketing team recently driving multiple $1M+ ARR months in pipeline.
About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Associate at Hyperbound, you'll own the company's webinar and podcast programs from conception to execution, driving pipeline for the enterprise sales team. This is a hands-on position perfect for a mid-to-senior marketer who thrives on driving measurable results through campaign execution. You'll work in San Francisco, CA, building the marketing function at a high-growth company while accelerating your career alongside a rapidly scaling team.
Responsibilities
- Own Hyperbound's webinar and podcast programs end-to-end, including building and managing the annual webinar calendar
- Build and grow audiences through segmentation strategies, messaging testing, and continuous expansion across email and paid channels
- Run full-cycle promotion campaigns: A/B test subject lines, ad creative, and CTAs to drive registrations and pipeline, managing pre-event, during-event, and post-event nurture sequences
- Develop and execute landing pages and promotional sequences that convert registrations into qualified opportunities
- Repurpose webinar and podcast content into additional marketing assets such as clips, recaps, and follow-up sequences that generate ongoing value
- Partner closely with sales to ensure every program directly ties to opportunity creation, focusing on pipeline generation rather than vanity metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years in a marketing role with hands-on campaign execution and webinar program experience
- Proven track record running or supporting webinar programs and converting them to revenue
- Experience A/B testing emails or paid ads and using data to drive decision-making
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Riverside, Webflow, and Figma—able to pull performance data, edit recordings, and mock up landing pages independently
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage full-year content calendars while remaining adaptable to reprioritization
