As a Growth Web Developer specializing in Webflow, CRO & Campaigns, you'll own and evolve FloQast's corporate website while driving marketing success through technical excellence. This role combines hands-on Webflow development with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and campaign management, making it ideal for developers who understand both code and marketing strategy. You'll work in Los Angeles to enhance user experience, optimize site performance, and lead technical operations that directly impact business growth. Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the corporate website using Webflow, managing technical operations and implementations
• Enhance user experience through strategic design and development improvements
• Optimize the website for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and marketing campaign performance
• Implement and analyze marketing funnels to drive qualified leads and improve campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align website updates with business objectives
• Monitor and leverage analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities and measure success
• Maintain website performance, security, and best practices across all digital properties

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional web development experience
• Expert-level proficiency with Webflow for design, development, and optimization
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization principles
• Demonstrated experience with analytics tools and data-driven optimization
