We're seeking a detail-oriented Designer to join our Washington, D.C. team in a hybrid role focused on design systems and Webflow expertise. You'll work within established design systems while contributing to their evolution, creating polished designs across digital and print mediums. Responsibilities

• Create designs for digital and print mediums while maintaining alignment with established design systems
• Maintain quality and consistency across all UI elements and design touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with the design lead on projects and design system improvements
• Contribute to the evolution and refinement of design systems over time
• Ensure all work is polished, on-brand, and meets organizational standards

Requirements

• Proven experience working within design systems
• Strong proficiency in digital design tools and workflows
• Ability to design for multiple mediums (digital and print)
• Detail-oriented approach to maintaining design consistency and quality
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
