Founded by Philippe Chino and William Dunbar in 2016, the Foundation provides strategic fundraising, digital marketing, IT implementation, and training services at 50-70% lower costs than for-profit firms. With a mission to leverage technology and marketing automation to reduce fundraising costs, NFS Foundation is actively expanding its web design and development services to serve their growing pipeline of nonprofit clients.
About the Role
Join NFS Foundation as a Jr. Volunteer Webflow Developer in Las Cruces, NM (on-site) to help update and expand our organizational website. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on Webflow experience while contributing to a mission-driven nonprofit that helps other nonprofits thrive. You'll work from design files already prepared in Figma, implementing updates across multiple pages and adding new sections—a perfect project for a developer looking to build their portfolio and unlock access to paid client work through the Foundation's growing network of nonprofit clients.
Responsibilities
- Update and redesign the Home Page, About Us Page, and tech product page using provided Figma design files
- Rebuild and enhance the Digital Marketing page with improved content and functionality
- Create two new pages to expand the website's offerings and information architecture
- Implement designs in Webflow while maintaining consistency with the existing design system
- Optimize website structure and content to organically build traffic and improve SEO
- Ensure all updates are completed within the 2-3 week project timeline
Requirements
- Proven experience with Webflow design and development
- Ability to complete the project within 2-3 weeks
- Strong web design and UX skills
- Website programming and technical implementation expertise
- Proficiency with website project management and organization
Nice to Have
- Experience with Figma design files and design-to-development workflows
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for nonprofit websites
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and nonprofit fundraising platforms
