About the Role

As a Junior Web Developer (AI-Powered) at eJam in Santa Ana, CA, you'll build high-converting landing pages, checkout flows, and Shopify experiences using AI tools while developing a genuine understanding of the marketing strategy behind them. This full-time, in-office position (5 days/week) is perfect for someone who's curious about why things work, not just how to code them. You'll blend Webflow development, conversion optimization, and data analysis in a fast-paced DTC environment where you'll see results immediately and help shape what gets tested next. Responsibilities

• Build conversion-focused landing pages from Figma designs using Webflow and AI-assisted development tools
• Create custom checkout pages and multi-step funnels using Checkout Champ with rapid A/B testing iterations
• Implement and verify tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, GA4) and event tracking across all funnels to ensure accurate performance data
• Customize Shopify storefronts including theme modifications, product page enhancements, and checkout customizations
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma files into pixel-perfect pages and work with the CRO team on testing frameworks
• Review funnel and campaign performance data alongside the marketing team, suggest optimization ideas, and develop working knowledge of DTC marketing fundamentals
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, GitHub Copilot) to rapidly prototype page concepts and iterate based on conversion data

Requirements

• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or v0
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, responsive web pages you've built and projects you're proud of (personal or professional work)
• Comfort with responsive design, mobile-first development, and learning new platforms and tools quickly
• Detail-oriented mindset for tracking implementation and QA with reliable communication skills
• Hungry, self-starter mentality with strong work ethic and willingness to work in-office 5 days/week in Santa Ana, CA
• Genuine curiosity about marketing and conversion optimization beyond just writing code

Nice to Have

• Webflow development experience
• Conversion-focused or eCommerce project examples in your portfolio
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setups
• Experience with Shopify app integrations and functionality extensions
