About the Role

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to build hands-on experience in web design and website management while making a real impact for dental practice clients. As a Junior Web Designer, you'll implement website updates, enhancements, and quality improvements using industry-standard tools like WordPress and Elementor. This on-site position in Clearwater, FL is perfect for someone who enjoys learning, solving problems, and seeing the results of their work every day while growing their skills in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Review quality control callouts during pre-launch reviews of new websites and implement requested changes directly on the site
• Work through client change-request tickets for live, previously launched websites and implement requested edits
• Make content, layout, and minor design edits within WordPress using Elementor, including basic HTML edits where needed
• Optimize and edit images for web use in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proofread and double-check completed edits for accuracy before closing out tickets
• Communicate ticket status and any blockers to the team lead and account manager as needed
• Keep daily tasks in Monday.com up to date and complete assigned tasks on schedule

Requirements

• Working familiarity with WordPress and Elementor required
• Must already know the basics of Photoshop and Illustrator — this role does not include training on these tools from scratch
• Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable managing a queue of tickets and multiple small tasks at once
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong written communication skills
• No professional experience required — this is an entry-level role; relevant coursework, personal projects, or a portfolio are welcome
