About the Role

We're seeking a Junior Web Developer to join our growing team at Healthcare Success. In this entry-level full-time position, you'll develop and manage multiple client websites, landing pages, and web applications using modern technologies including Webflow, WordPress, and full-stack development tools. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture while working on 5-10 concurrent client projects of varying complexity, collaborating closely with senior developers, designers, and account managers. Responsibilities

• Build, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain client websites and landing pages using CMS platforms such as WordPress, page builders like Webflow, Elementor, Divi, and Oxygen, and full-stack development tools
• Work closely with SEO and Technical Product teams to develop technical specifications for web projects, campaigns, and landing pages
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the stack (HTML, CSS/SCSS, VanillaJS, jQuery, ReactJS, PHP, Node.js, etc.)
• Collaborate with Senior Developers, Design, Project Management, and Account Management teams to translate Adobe XD/Figma designs into functional web pages
• Manage version control with Git and execute basic deployment workflows across hosting environments
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot CMS and full-stack development issues to ensure optimal performance
• Support SEO, paid search, paid social, and performance marketing campaigns with technical expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent professional development experience
• 2-5+ years of experience developing and managing multiple client websites, landing pages, and web applications, preferably in a digital agency setting
• Proficiency in CMS development (WordPress or similar platforms) and page builders (Webflow, Elementor, Divi, or Oxygen)
• Strong technical skills in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to translate designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, responsive web design, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
• Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Must be located in the United States and able to work Pacific Time hours in a fully virtual environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as ReactJS, Next.js, or Angular
• Knowledge of WP Engine Hosting, general web hosting, and DNS management
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Freshpaint, or other marketing analytics tools
• HIPAA Compliance knowledge
• Background in paid search, paid social, or SEO campaign development
