As a Junior Webflow Designer/Developer at Brand Lakes, you'll join a collaborative creative team to design, build, and maintain responsive websites for real clients. Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and building websites in Webflow
- Translate visual designs from Figma, Sketch, and similar tools into responsive Webflow layouts
- Manage content using Webflow CMS and implement updates
- Make edits and updates to existing client websites
- Collaborate with the design team and participate in project reviews
- Test websites for functionality, responsiveness, and cross-browser performance
- Learn and grow under the guidance of senior designers and developers
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Webflow (personal, freelance, or coursework projects welcome)
- Familiarity with basic design principles, layout, and responsive design
- Comfortable working in Figma
- Portfolio or examples of Webflow projects you've created or contributed to
- Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and grow your skills
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Webflow CMS and basic interactions
- Interest in branding, SEO, or digital marketing
- Previous experience working in a collaborative or client-focused environment (including class or side projects)
