About the Role

As a Junior Webflow Designer, you'll refine and professionally finish an archival and storytelling platform dedicated to amplifying voices connected to Iran through creative expression. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate an existing Webflow site that already has established branding and creative direction inspired by editorial and Persian design. You'll focus on enhancing the user experience through thoughtful typography, cinematic pacing, and polished interactive elements. This remote position is perfect for designers who are passionate about editorial design, have Webflow expertise, and want to contribute to a culturally meaningful project with potential for continued collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Refine and enhance the website's responsiveness across all devices
• Implement and optimize interactive elements for a seamless user experience
• Organize and structure the CMS within Webflow for efficient content management
• Ensure layout consistency and visual cohesion throughout the site
• Apply final polish to typography, imagery, and overall design details
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain the established creative direction and branding

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing in Webflow
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial, archival, or storytelling web projects
• Expertise in responsive design and interactive web elements
• Solid understanding of CMS organization within Webflow
• Keen eye for typography, layout, and visual detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with established branding and creative direction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Persian or editorial design aesthetics
