About the Role
Uniqcli is seeking a Part-Time Junior Webflow Developer to support the development of web platforms for internal initiatives and enterprise clients in Washington, District of Columbia. This entry-level position is ideal for a developer looking to gain hands-on experience in Webflow and Framer while working on real client projects in a professional environment. You'll work with a team that values collaboration, learning, and technical excellence, with flexible scheduling and remote work eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites using Webflow and Framer
- Create and manage CMS collections, content structures, and dynamic templates
- Translate design hand-offs (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into responsive, interactive web experiences
- Test and debug websites for cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 accessibility standards
- Collaborate with senior developers and designers to deliver projects on schedule
- Document workflows, content models, and CMS configurations
- Contribute to iterative improvements in front-end performance and SEO optimization
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Familiarity with Webflow CMS and/or Framer for website building
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and accept feedback
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Prior experience or coursework in web development or digital design
- Exposure to SEO optimization, analytics integration, or schema markup
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working on projects for small businesses, nonprofits, or government contracts
- Web Development, Computer Science, or Design certifications
