Lead Brand Designer & Web Developer

Enterpret

Job Description

About the Company

Enterpret turns unstructured customer feedback into a structured, queryable source of truth, enabling Product, CX, and customer-facing teams to make decisions grounded in what customers are actually saying. The company is moving fast, building software that defines its category, and investing in a brand that matches the ambition of the product.

About the Role

Enterpret is seeking a Lead Brand Designer & Web Developer to own the look, feel, and consistency of the brand across every surface it touches—digital and physical. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role perfect for someone equally comfortable designing and building as crafting stories and messages. You'll shape the brand at a foundational level, design assets, build and maintain the website in Webflow, and establish the processes that keep the entire company moving fast and on-brand as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve a modern, consistent brand identity across all digital and real-world assets, including logo design, visual systems, and comprehensive brand guidelines
  • Design across a wide range of formats: website, sales and marketing collateral, social content, imagery, illustration, event branding, physical goods, and executive decks
  • Edit, animate, and package videos into polished deliverables, bringing in-house video production with clear craft and quality standards
  • Design and develop modern, motion-rich web experiences directly in Webflow, structuring clean and scalable pages with thoughtful animation and interaction
  • Establish and maintain a design system and brand guidelines that keep the brand consistent as more people contribute to it
  • Own the intake-to-delivery process for design requests, setting realistic timelines and maintaining steady momentum on projects
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns, understanding how design supports campaign goals and drives results
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders as partners, treating design requests as two-way conversations rather than ticket queues

Requirements

  • Proven track record building and maintaining brands from the ground up, including logo and identity work; you've created design systems, not just worked inside them
  • Strong command of core design tools: Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, or equivalents)
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing in Webflow, comfortable building and maintaining production sites, structuring layouts, and implementing motion and interaction
  • Video editing, animation, and packaging skills; ability to take raw assets and turn them into polished deliverables with strong visual judgment
  • Fluency across a wide range of media formats, from digital to print to physical swag
  • Ability to craft compelling stories and messages alongside design work, viewing brand work as protection for the brand, product, and customers
  • Experience working cross-functionally within marketing on campaigns with a collaborative approach to stakeholders
  • Comfort handling conversations with executive stakeholders and standing behind brand and design decisions
  • Genuine interest in SaaS products and ability to have substantive conversations about the work with partners
  • Strong eye for current design trends with the judgment to apply them selectively and strategically

Nice to Have

  • Experience using AI tools to move faster while maintaining high design standards and vision
