We're looking for a Lead Designer & Team Mentor to join Ignite Visibility LLC as a Senior Designer in a full-time position based in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Webflow and UI specialist to lead a design team, mentor junior designers, and drive process improvements across projects. You'll be someone who combines strong technical design skills with leadership ability and a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a design team, fostering creativity and professional growth
• Design and develop websites and digital experiences using Webflow, HTML, and CSS
• Implement workflow efficiencies and best practices across design projects
• Ensure exceptional client support and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles
• Create compelling designs using industry-standard tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva
• Incorporate SEO principles into design and development practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
