About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Lead Web Designer & Developer for a fast-moving tech company. You'll own the full design and development lifecycle of public-facing websites, from concept through launch, using Webflow to create polished, scalable digital experiences. If you're a mid-to-senior level professional with 5+ years of web design and development experience and deep expertise in Webflow, this remote position offers the chance to make a significant impact on business growth and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of public-facing websites from concept to launch
• Translate business objectives into clear information architecture and intuitive web experiences
• Design and build responsive, accessible pages and templates in Webflow
• Create and maintain a scalable website design system for consistency and quality
• Serve as the technical owner of the Webflow environment and its components
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support SEO, conversion optimization, and analytics
• Establish website quality standards and conduct ongoing usability reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and building marketing or corporate websites
• Proficient in Webflow, including CMS architecture and custom code
• Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Proven ability to manage projects from request to launch and iteration
• Effective communication across design, marketing, and technical teams
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to enhance user experience

Compensation: $150,000 annually
