About the Role
YipitData is seeking a Lead Web Designer & Developer to own the design and development of their public-facing websites. This hands-on, fully remote role is perfect for someone who can move fluidly between user experience design, visual design, and responsive implementation in Webflow. You'll establish the systems, templates, and technical foundations that enable teams to publish high-quality content quickly while evolving YipitData's website into a scalable growth platform that strengthens brand presence and creates intuitive experiences for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design and development of YipitData's public-facing websites, from concepts and user flows through launch and ongoing iteration
- Translate business objectives, brand strategy, and growth opportunities into clear information architecture and compelling web experiences
- Design and build responsive, accessible, production-ready pages, templates, components, and interactions in Webflow
- Create and maintain a scalable website design system that improves consistency, quality, and speed across web properties
- Serve as the technical owner of the Webflow environment, including CMS architecture, reusable components, custom code, integrations, permissions, documentation, and publishing workflows
- Partner with Demand Generation and Marketing to support SEO, conversion optimization, experimentation, analytics, and campaign launches
- Collaborate with Brand, Communications, and business teams to ensure every website experience reflects YipitData's visual identity, narrative, voice, and editorial standards
- Help build internal website expertise and reduce long-term reliance on external agencies
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow design and development, including responsive design, CMS architecture, and custom code
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end website design and development work with a focus on user experience and visual design
- Proven ability to establish design systems, templates, and technical foundations that scale across multiple web properties
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, design, brand, and business teams on complex web projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between design, technical, and business stakeholder perspectives
- Flexibility to accommodate meetings across East and West Coast time zones
- Based in the United States with the ability to work fully remote or from an office location as preferred
