About the Role

Consilio is seeking a Manager, Website Marketing (Webflow) to lead the strategic development and optimization of their websites. Reporting to the CMO, you'll blend hands-on Webflow development with strategic marketing to enhance how prospects, clients, candidates, and partners experience the Consilio and LOD brands online. This role is perfect for a skilled Webflow expert who wants to own website strategy from concept to launch while continuously driving performance improvements and user engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead website management and strategy for both Consilio and Lawyers On Demand (LOD) brands, developing optimization roadmaps aligned with business goals and marketing priorities
• Own day-to-day Webflow development and site management, building new pages, landing pages, templates, and microsites while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and brand consistency
• Manage CMS collections, site architecture, reusable components, and content publishing workflows within Webflow
• Continuously optimize user experience, navigation, page layouts, and conversion paths by analyzing user behavior, search data, and website performance metrics
• Improve technical and on-page SEO across both websites by optimizing metadata, internal linking, content structure, and information architecture
• Monitor website speed, mobile performance, and technical health while ensuring new content adheres to SEO best practices
• Define KPIs, track analytics, and execute website experiments to measure performance improvements in leads, conversions, organic visibility, and engagement
• Collaborate with product marketing, performance marketing, content, creative, and business stakeholders to ensure websites support key priorities

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience managing, developing, and optimizing business websites
• Demonstrated expertise with Webflow, including page development, CMS management, site architecture, responsive design, and site administration
• Proven track record of building and maintaining websites directly rather than managing third-party developers
• Strong understanding of user experience, conversion optimization, website analytics, and SEO best practices
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and related digital marketing tools
• Ability to translate business goals and marketing priorities into effective website experiences
• Comfortable making light design enhancements and copy refinements as needed

Nice to Have

• Experience optimizing campaign landing pages and conversion experiences for performance marketing teams
• Familiarity with A/B testing and website experimentation frameworks
• Knowledge of emerging digital experience trends and Webflow capabilities
