About the Role
This is a Marketing Designer position focused on creating conversion-driven design assets that move customers through the funnel. You'll work with the consultancy to design landing pages, ad creatives, pitch decks, and marketing materials that don't just look beautiful—they perform. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who understands marketing psychology and enjoys working across multiple platforms including Webflow, with flexibility to grow as the consultancy expands.
Responsibilities
- Design landing pages optimized for conversion and user experience
- Create Meta ad creatives and LinkedIn graphics for paid marketing campaigns
- Develop pitch decks, strategy presentations, and customer journey diagrams
- Design lead magnets and email graphics to support customer acquisition
- Create simple branding assets and website wireframes
- Implement pages and designs in Webflow, Framer, Thrivecart, HighLevel, and similar platforms
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva
- Demonstrated experience designing landing pages with conversion optimization (CRO) principles
- Experience creating Meta advertising creatives
- Strong background in presentation design
- SaaS or startup design experience
- Availability for 5-15 hours/week to start, with potential for growth
Nice to Have
- Webflow design and implementation experience
- WordPress, Framer, or Shopify experience
- HubSpot, HighLevel, or Thrivecart platform knowledge
- Meta Ads platform familiarity
- Video editing skills
