About the Role

As a Marketing Designer at Neros Technologies, you'll own the end-to-end visual design execution across their entire marketing ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to bring cutting-edge defense technology campaigns to life through web, social, email, and print assets. You'll work with a lean, creative marketing team that moves fast and takes extreme ownership—perfect for a designer who wants to build a brand from the ground up and tell the Neros story. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position based in Torrance, CA, requiring expertise in both Webflow and traditional design tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day visual updates to website landing pages, product pages, blog imagery, and subpages—inclusive of layout, typography, responsive behaviors, and states
• Design and manage social media and email graphics, templates, and layouts
• Lead design execution for event, trade show, printed, and out-of-home assets
• Spearhead design work across all integrated marketing campaigns
• Maintain design language and visual identity consistency across the Neros ecosystem
• Partner with web engineering on development handoffs and push edits via Webflow and other no-code platforms

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing design experience, preferably in defense, aerospace, robotics, tech, or hardware industries
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Webflow, and PowerPoint
• Proven experience partnering with web engineers for development handoffs and directly pushing edits via no-code platforms like Webflow or Framer
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of design requests with varying complexity and urgency
• Ability to work from a brand platform, balancing brand sensibilities with thoughtful evolutions of design language
• Deep sense of ownership in how brand is conveyed through visual language

• Motion design, animation, or illustration skillset

Benefits & Perks

Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 USD (base salary). Highly competitive equity grants are included as part of Neros' total compensation package.
