About the Role

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves both design and execution, with the freedom to shape how the position evolves. The position is fully remote and based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Update pages and layouts in Webflow using approved copy and design direction, adjusting HTML and CSS as needed
- Ensure consistent display and functionality across devices and browsers, identifying and fixing broken links and front-end issues
- Create digital assets for email, web, social media, advertising, events, and sales initiatives using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Design graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and other paid channels, resizing and adapting work for different formats
- Build and manage HubSpot emails, landing pages, workflows, and forms for sales campaigns and outreach
- Serve as the primary production partner for the Sales team, creating presentations, one-sheets, email graphics, and campaign materials
- Support basic SEO and accessibility implementation, including metadata, image formatting, and internal links
- Maintain organized design files, reusable assets, and brand consistency across all materials
Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in marketing production, digital marketing, graphic design, web production, or marketing operations
- Strong visual design skills with a good eye for layout, typography, and consistency
- Hands-on experience managing and publishing in Webflow, HubSpot, and Figma
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS with experience troubleshooting responsive email and website layouts
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects without losing track of the small things
- Good judgment about when to work independently and when to escalate to designers, developers, or managers
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting a Sales team from within Marketing
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, SaaS, or technology
- Familiarity with HubSpot workflows, segmentation, campaigns, and reporting
- Experience preparing print materials and working with vendors
- Experience supporting conferences, webinars, or other events

- 100% remote work environment
- Home office stipend
- Competitive salary with annual cost of living adjustment (COLA)
- Health, dental, and life insurance
- 401(k) program with company match
- Health Savings Account options with employer contribution
- Flexible paid time off
- Bereavement, jury duty, parental, and military leave
- 13 company-wide paid holidays each year
