About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to own website, brand, and organic growth at a fast-growing AI SaaS business. This is a broad, high-impact role perfect for someone who thrives wearing multiple hats and enjoys direct influence on how the company is perceived in the market. You'll report to a world-class CRO with five successful exits and have genuine ownership across critical marketing pillars. This full-time position is based in San Mateo, CA with 4 days in office.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the company website, including messaging, UX, and landing pages to improve performance
• Drive SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy to grow organic visibility and inbound traffic
• Establish and manage brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels
• Create content for the website, campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives
• Manage executive LinkedIn and social media content strategy
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Leadership on key go-to-market initiatives
• Manage external creative and web partners, including Webflow or similar CMS platform vendors

Requirements

• Essential startup experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing
• Proven experience owning a company website and improving its performance metrics
• Strong SEO knowledge with an interest in GEO and AEO strategies
• Excellent copywriting, messaging, and content creation skills
• Experience building brand identity and working directly with founders or senior executives
• Comfort wearing multiple hats in a lean, autonomous marketing environment
• Experience with Webflow, Framer, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms
