About the Role
Insight Global is hiring a Marketing Specialist to support a top SaaS client in the regulated industry space. This B2B content marketing role offers the opportunity to own content strategy across email, web, blog, and lifecycle campaigns while working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams. You'll be the ideal fit if you're a strong writer who can translate complex technical and regulatory information into compelling, human-driven content, leverage AI tools thoughtfully, and move quickly in a collaborative environment. This position is based in the United States and offers immediate impact for someone ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and publish multi-channel content including blog articles, web pages, marketing emails, social posts, newsletters, and educational resources for global audiences (U.S., U.K., AUS, and beyond)
- Draft and execute marketing and lifecycle email campaigns using Pardot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms, including building templates, audience segments, and A/B tests
- Update, maintain, and optimize website content using WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS tools while applying SEO best practices for improved discoverability
- Track and analyze content performance metrics including email engagement, page views, click-through rates, and SEO rankings to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to source information, gather customer stories, and ensure content accuracy and compliance
- Create digital assets using tools like Canva to prepare on-brand visuals for email, web, and social channels
- Manage content calendars, publishing workflows, and version control across digital platforms using collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, Asana, or Notion
- Support event planning, coordination, materials development, and on-site engagement as needed
Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B content marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience producing and publishing content across multiple digital channels (web, email, blog, social)
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex product and regulatory information into accessible content
- CMS experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms for content creation, updates, publishing, and basic SEO optimization
- Experience with Pardot, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or similar marketing automation platforms for email campaigns, landing pages, forms, nurture workflows, and campaign reporting
- Proficiency with digital asset creation tools such as Canva and collaboration/project management tools (Confluence, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using AI tools to enhance content workflows and operational efficiency

Benefits & Perks
Compensation: $60,000 to $90,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors.
