About the Role
This is a fixed-term Maternity/Paternity Cover position for a Webflow Designer, running from mid-February to May 2026. Working 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, you'll be a key part of bringing strategy-led design concepts to life in Webflow. This remote US-based role is ideal for an independent, motivated Webflow expert who loves creating clean, thoughtful websites and cares deeply about both design quality and implementation details.
Responsibilities
- Design and build websites in Webflow from start to finish
- Maintain and extend existing Webflow sites with ongoing updates and improvements
- Collaborate on UX, structure, and interactions with the team
- Work from Figma design files through to Webflow implementation
- Ensure performance, consistency, and polish across all devices
- Manage your own workload and timelines independently in a remote environment
Requirements
- Strong Webflow experience including CMS, components, and responsive layouts
- Confident working from Figma files
- Solid understanding of web design best practices
- Comfortable managing your own workload and timelines independently
- Clear communicator in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience working with creative agencies or small studios
