About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Web Developer to join our Web Team in a fully remote capacity. Reporting directly to the Website Development Manager, this role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in building client-facing websites using Webflow and WordPress. You'll manage projects from initial brief to launch with minimal oversight, collaborate with designers and account managers, and grow into more complex responsibilities while delivering high-quality websites that meet client expectations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain client websites in Webflow and WordPress, including CMS configuration, responsive layouts, and custom interactions
• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client requirements
• Perform ongoing content updates, plugin management, troubleshooting, and site maintenance across multiple client accounts
• Collaborate with designers to translate visual concepts into accessible, pixel-perfect web experiences
• Work closely with account managers to understand client needs, scope projects, and provide accurate timeline estimates
• Optimize websites for SEO, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and WCAG accessibility standards
• Utilize AI development tools to enhance productivity and code quality
• Stay updated on platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging web development trends

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional web development experience in a client-facing or agency environment
• Hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS collections, dynamic templates, interactions, and publishing workflows
• Proficiency in WordPress, including custom theme development, plugin customization, Gutenberg, and ACF
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and web accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Ability to accurately estimate project timelines and scope work from client briefs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with JavaScript for reading, modifying, and debugging scripts
• Strong troubleshooting skills with proactive problem-solving capabilities
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and prototyping
