About the Role

MontBlancAI is seeking a part-time Marketing & Webflow Designer to own their visual presence across their website and marketing assets. Working directly with the founder, you'll update and refine their Webflow homepage, design engaging campaign materials, and help establish MontBlancAI as a high-quality brand. This is an ideal role for a creative professional who can take projects from idea through design to implementation, combining aesthetics with strategic storytelling and a strong sense of structure.

Responsibilities

• Update and improve the Webflow homepage, including structure, visuals, and content optimization
• Design and implement new landing pages for campaigns and product launches
• Create B2B marketing collateral such as one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks
• Develop engaging visuals for LinkedIn posts and other marketing campaigns
• Collaborate directly with the founder to refine messaging and ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience designing and building websites in Webflow
• Strong design portfolio showcasing clean, modern layouts and professional visual work
• Proven experience creating B2B marketing materials, preferably for SaaS companies
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight
• Comfortable balancing aesthetic design principles with practical marketing objectives

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with SEO best practices
• Light copywriting experience
