About the Role

As a Production Designer specializing in UI, Webflow, and Brand Systems, you'll be a key contributor to Stradaeducation's design team in Washington, DC. This hybrid position is perfect for a detail-oriented designer with 1–3 years of experience who thrives working within established design systems and wants mentorship to grow their career. You'll produce polished graphics and enhance UI consistency across platforms while enjoying the flexibility of two in-office days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI designs within established design systems
• Enhance product UI consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints
• Produce high-quality graphics and visual assets for various applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design standards
• Support brand system documentation and component libraries
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability insights

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional design experience
• Strong foundation in design principles and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency with design software and tools
• Experience working with or understanding of design systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Based in or willing to work hybrid in Washington, DC (2 days/week in office)
