About the Role
Stradaeducation is hiring a Production Designer focused on UI, Webflow, and Brand Systems for a hybrid position in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with 1–3 years of experience who wants to grow their skills while contributing to polished, cohesive digital products. You'll work within established design systems to enhance UI consistency and produce high-quality graphics across multiple platforms, with mentorship opportunities built into the position.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain UI consistency across digital products using established design systems
- Produce polished graphics and visual assets for various platforms and applications
- Work collaboratively within design systems to ensure brand coherence
- Support product design initiatives and Webflow implementations
- Contribute to brand system documentation and component libraries
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional design experience
- Strong foundation in design principles and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in UI design and design system workflows
- Experience with Webflow or similar web design tools
- Attention to detail and ability to produce polished, production-ready work
