About the Role

You'll work with account managers and clients to design responsive, scalable solutions using Webflow and Figma. This fully remote position offers flexible working hours with U.S. overlap, making it ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites in Webflow with a focus on conversion optimization
• Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma for consistency across projects
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and deliver on project goals
• Develop marketing assets and digital experiences that align with client branding
• Ensure all designs are mobile-friendly and follow UX/UI best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Webflow experience with a portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused design
• Proficiency in Figma for UX/UI design and design system development
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Available for U.S. business hours overlap
