Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive Webflow websites optimized for conversion
- Create scalable design systems in Figma for consistency across projects
- Collaborate closely with account managers to align designs with client goals
- Produce high-quality marketing assets and digital experiences
- Ensure all designs meet performance and usability standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Webflow design experience
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for UX/UI design
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining design systems
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
