About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Remote Webflow Developer to support the build, optimization, and integration of our marketing website over a defined 6-month contract period. This is a project-based engagement where you'll deliver high-quality landing pages, implement performance improvements, and integrate third-party tools and analytics solutions. You'll work collaboratively with our internal teams while retaining full autonomy over how you achieve deliverables—ideal for a skilled Webflow developer who thrives on producing scalable, conversion-optimized web systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy new landing pages, campaign modules, and CRO test variants within Webflow, delivering fully functional page designs and staging review links
  • Develop custom technical enhancements using JavaScript for interactivity, personalization, event logging, and edge case handling
  • Implement and validate analytics instrumentation for Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools with verification reports to confirm integrity
  • Conduct performance audits using tools like Lighthouse, refactor existing code, improve page speed, and resolve tracking and performance issues
  • Define and document Webflow development workflows and best practices for use by in-house teams and external agencies
  • Configure and integrate third-party tools such as Google One Tap, cookie consent modules, analytics scripts, and chat integrations within Webflow
  • Support A/B testing initiatives by implementing test variants and providing experimentation guidance informed by user behavior and campaign outcomes
  • Advise on new feature requests with feasibility assessments, estimated timelines, and performance recommendations

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in front-end development for marketing websites with advanced proficiency in Webflow and custom code implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to create scalable, high-performance landing pages with attention to maintainability and conversion optimization
  • Experience integrating and configuring third-party tools and implementing client-side scripting for marketing or growth initiatives
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, SEO best practices, and structured QA processes
  • Strong ability to collaborate with marketing, brand/design, and other stakeholders to translate objectives into effective Webflow builds
  • Portfolio of landing pages built within Webflow with project dates

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with tools such as Segment, Mixpanel/GA4, and Datadog
  • Located in Pacific time zone (preferably San Francisco Bay Area) for occasional onsite collaboration

Project Details

Duration: 6-month fixed-term independent contractor agreement

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

Location: Remote (Pacific time zone preferred)

Structure: Submit proposals including a resume, portfolio of Webflow landing pages with project dates, and your pricing structure (hourly rate or project-based fee).
