Join LS Solutions as a Remote Webflow Developer for the Marketing Team and play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining the company's marketing website. You'll work closely with designers, content managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-performing digital solutions while ensuring seamless user journeys. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, this role is fully remote within the U.S. or hybrid from U.S. offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance marketing web pages using Webflow, ensuring responsiveness, performance, and pixel-perfect implementation from Figma designs
• Manage Webflow CMS collections and structure dynamic content for efficient updates and scalability
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and industry best practices to maximize user experience
• Implement A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics tracking to drive marketing effectiveness
• Enhance Webflow capabilities with custom code and third-party integrations to extend platform functionality
• Adhere to style guidelines such as Client-First for consistency across projects
• Collaborate across teams to develop landing pages, campaign assets, and marketing initiatives
• Perform quality assurance for cross-browser and mobile responsiveness

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Webflow development experience
• Proficiency in Webflow, CMS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and demonstrated ability to implement Figma designs
• Proven experience in SEO, performance optimization, and building conversion-focused pages
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant web development experience
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with effective collaboration and communication abilities

Nice to Have

• Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Experience with Webflow API and custom animations
• Familiarity with No-Code tools and frameworks
• React experience and DevOps knowledge
